FAQ
Is the monthly CFO call actually strategic, or just a status update?
It is strategic. We look at actual results vs. plan, review unit economics and key decisions, and walk out with 2–3 action items. If you want a status update, STARTER plan is cheaper.
What if my books are currently a mess?
Cleanup is included in onboarding up to a point. If you’re significantly behind, there may be a one-time cleanup fee – we’ll scope it honestly and up front.
Do you work with my accountant or CPA?
Yes. I coordinate directly with your local CPA for tax filing. That overlap is a feature, not a bug – your CPA gets clean data, you get strategic guidance, and I stay in my lane.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, anytime. If you outgrow Growth and need Scale, we upgrade with zero setup fees. If your business contracts and you need to drop to Starter, we downgrade with 30 days notice.
